The St. Vincent de Paul Society’s Young Vincentians hosted a Valentine Luncheon last Saturday for the ladies in BlueCap’s Residential Program. BlueCap is a program out of Blue Island that assists persons with developmental disabilities, similar to Park Lawn. The volunteers and facilitators met at the Cardiff Center to decorate the room and prepare the lunch they served to 20 guests.
