Seventh graders used recess time to create movie trailers for Chasing Lincoln’s Killer. Sixth grade students gladly acted as extras in the movie.

This year the 8th graders explored Pythagorean Theorem with BreakoutEDU. BreakoutEDU is similar to a Escape Room. In the BreakoutEDU students work together to complete puzzles.
On Friday April 13th the Seventh Grader went to Springfield to learn about Lincoln and Illinois. We visited many places including New Salem, the Capital Building, the Lincoln Museum, and the Illinois Military Museum.
Mrs. O’Connell’s 3rd graders showed their math skills by making area and perimeter models using Cheez-It Crackers. It was a fun and delicious way to practice!
