Preschool learned all about community helpers this week. In Mrs. Dougherty’s class the children played with puppets, dug through sand and rocks with construction vehicles, mailed letters like a postal worker, made our own community helper puppets, and had visits from some of our local community helpers. The class was lucky to have an Army General, Police Officer, Firefighter, and a Dental Hygienist visit and talk to the class about their jobs. It was such a fun week!
