Well second grade did! We read a story in which one of the characters eats persimmons. So we were curious about what they tasted like. Of the students who tried them, 4 liked them and 11 did not. Here are the reviews: “it tastes like pumpkin with carrot”, “peach with carrot” and “really sweet”! In the photo Brayden Shostack, Jane Hornung, Jonathan Moran and Mila Chavosky are showing what a persimmon looks like.
