Plans for Hawktoberfest 2018 are well underway! For the past 7 years, Hawktoberfest has been an important fundraiser for St. Linus. It has raised over $140,000, which has been used to install state of the art technology throughout the school, provide support for our teachers working to utilize this new technology in the classrooms, and update curriculum. None of this would have been possible without the support and generosity of the St. Linus families and community.
As we continue to prepare for our 8th annual Hawktoberfest, we are reaching out to ask for your help with sponsorships. Each year, the money we raise from sponsorships helps us pay for throwing the event itself. If you know anyone who owns a small business who may be interested in sponsoring Hawktoberfest, please ask them to fill out the attached form and return it to the rectory with a check made out to “St. Linus Hawktoberfest” or visit our website: www.stlinusoaklawn.or
We offer a number of advertising opportunities in return for financial assistance, including putting business names/logos on the back of the Hawktoberfest t-shirts that are worn throughout the year. The deadline for putting names/logos on the back of our t-shirts is August 1st, so don’t delay!
