The Heart of the School for 2021 is Mrs. O’Connell
Mrs. O’Connell has been teaching at St. Linus since 2007 when she changed careers from advertising to teaching and we are sure glad she did.
She has done a tremendous job teaching in our primary department. Over the years she has taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. She has spent the last 14 years preparing our young students to become the outstanding young men and women they are today. Her first class is setting the world on fire as college sophomores training to work in the arts, sciences, government and business. Mrs. O’Connell helped give them the foundation they needed to be successful. Today’s students are setting their test scores on fire, doing very well on the latest iReady tests. Thanks Mrs. O’Connell for making every day “A Great Day to be a Hawk!”
