The St Linus FTC cordially invites you to participate in the 1st Annual St Linus FTC Vendor Fair 11/3/2017.
Space/table rental is $30.00 this year. This fee includes eight foot 1 table and 2 chairs. If you have a rack, or don’t need the table in your space, please let us know. All racks must fit within your space and not overlap with another vendor or the aisle. Any extra items must be placed under your table. Also please let us know if you will need access to electricity.
Vendor arrival will begin at 4:00 p.m. with shopping starting at 7:00 p.m. Shopping is strictly for adults 21 and over due to alcohol being sold. We have been informed that all workers must be over the age of 21. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must adhere to all the rules and regulations. Applications are accepted on a first-come basis. We reserve the right to limit in a specific category.
We require all vendors to make a donation of an item (a $25 value) on the day of the event. This item will be part of a raffle held during the event. This also helps to promote your business. Donated items are due at time of check-in, so please have them ready and include your business card.
We are looking forward to working with you. Your participation in this event will allow us to raise much needed funds for the school.
