Internet Safety

Mrs. Kathleen McGowan from the Cook County Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce visited St. Linus School last week to disucss internet safety with the students.

Students were divided by grade level and participated in a discussion about internet safety. They were given tips for internet use for their age level. Then the students were given fictional scenarios about potentional problems on the internet and asked to use their “Net Smartz” skills to find a solution.

Thank you to the St. Linus FTC for providing this event for the students!
