Last week, Room 16 celebrated Johnny Appleseed’s birthday! We had an apple tasting, made big apples out of construction paper, learned the five parts of the apple and watched a video about Johnny Appleseed. The children were excited to learn and read all about apples! Their hard work is hanging in the halls right outside our classroom. They love seeing their apples on display for all to see.
