Prayer For Peace

Today we had a beautiful Prayer Service for Peace at the behest of Pope Francis.  Our students created amazing artwork depicting their wishes for Peace and shared them with the congregation during the service.  Our students also celebrated the end of Red Ribbon Week by wearing red!  It was a great day to be a Hawk!  After the Prayer Service one of our 1st graders stopped me in the hall and told me they really liked “the church thing” this morning!  So did I!
