Dia de los muertos altar!

Our 5th graders under the direction of Mrs. Romo worked on this altar for All Saints and All Souls Day!  They made the masks in Art and brought in pictures of deceased loved ones to pray for.  During the month of October Mrs. Romo taught them how to pray the Rosary and for the last few days they have prayed the Rosary for all of their deceased family members, everyone in Purgatory who have no one to pray for them.  The students enjoyed learning about these traditions.
