Honoring Mrs. Leahy on her 100th Birthday

Today we prayed for Mrs. Fran Leahy on what would have been her 100th birthday.  Mrs. Leahy was our long time Librarian here at St. Linus and the Library/Learning Center is named after her.  Her family has been very generous over the years helping us outfit the Fran Leahy Library/Learning Center with the best books and technology.  Thank you to them and to Mrs. Leahy for her many years of service to the students of St. Linus.  Happy heavenly birthday Mrs. Leahy!  This picture is of our preschoolers in front of the beautiful painting of Saint Francis, a picture of Mrs. Leahy and a rocking chair all that are a tribute to Mrs. Leahy. Mrs. Leahy’s great grandchild is in this preschool class and we couldn’t be happier that the long tradition of Leahy’s continues here at St. Linus School.
